This term year 10 have been busy portioning chickens in GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition, making a range of dishes, such as sticky bbq wings, korean drumsticks, chicken kievs and many more. The final focus was on presentation well done all excellent effort. https://t.co/S3C5axYBKR
